t999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "t999", "we", "us", "our" — refers to t999.win, the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://t999.win.
• "You", "Player", "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the t999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means the personal player account created by you upon successful registration on t999.
• "Platform" — means the t999 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets available at t999.win.
• "Real Money Balance" — means the amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held in your t999 account that was deposited directly and is available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — means promotional funds, free bets, or bonus credits credited to your account under any t999 promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — means a stake placed on any game outcome, sporting event, or other betting market available on the t999 platform using your Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance.
• "Verification Documents" — means identity documents including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or other government-issued document required under t999's Know Your Customer process.
• "MFS" — means Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, used for deposits and withdrawals on the t999 platform.
• "Business Day" — means any day other than Friday, Saturday, or a public holiday in Bangladesh, during the hours of 09:00–18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the t999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the t999 Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the t999 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and t999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

To register and maintain an account on t999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. t999 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Registering while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing t999 account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed for breach of these terms.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has applied for a self-exclusion period that has not yet expired.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or agent of t999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must access and use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

t999 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that eligibility requirements have not been met. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be voided and any deposits returned at t999's discretion.

To access the full features of the t999 platform, including placing bets and withdrawing winnings, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to all t999 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one t999 account. The creation or use of more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or shared device or payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms.
• Account credentials: You are responsible for selecting a strong password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. t999 will never request your password by any communication channel.
• Account transferability: Your t999 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify t999 if any of your registered personal details change, including your contact number or payment method information, by contacting support via the in-account live chat or by emailing [email protected].

t999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account found to be in breach of these registration conditions.

t999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and age of its players, prevent fraudulent activity, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at t999's discretion.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following Verification Documents:

• Government-issued national identification card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the preceding three months)
• Screenshot or confirmation of MFS account ownership (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) in cases where deposits have been made from such accounts

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. t999 aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) Business Days of receiving all required documents in legible form. Documents must be submitted in clear, unedited image or PDF format.

t999 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors are accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account verification status. Limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Processing time: MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your t999 account balance instantly or within a maximum of five (5) minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Business Day.
• Deposit fees: t999 does not charge fees on deposits. Your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which t999 accepts no responsibility.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods registered to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact t999 support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the deposit until the matter is resolved.

t999 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source payment method if, in t999's reasonable judgement, the deposit is associated with suspicious activity, a fraudulent payment instrument, or a potential breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to all verified t999 account holders. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same MFS account or bank account from which the original deposit was made. t999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted on Business Days before 15:00 BST are typically processed within four (4) hours. Requests submitted after 15:00 BST or on non-Business Days are processed on the next Business Day. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take up to three (3) Business Days.
• Withdrawal fees: t999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Expedited processing requests, where available, may incur a service fee that will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5. t999 will not release funds to an unverified account.
• Pending wagers: Any Real Money Balance that is currently committed to an active, unsettled wager is not available for withdrawal until the wager is settled.

t999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the t999 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an active bonus is in progress may result in the cancellation of the existing bonus.
• Bonus abuse: t999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, or Real Money Balance where t999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or exploiting a technical error that resulted in unintended bonus credits.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated from a bonus is capped at five (5) times the original bonus amount.

t999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in to a current promotion will have their existing terms honoured for the duration of that promotion's stated validity period.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the t999 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by t999. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a unique bet reference number and the amount is deducted from your account balance. t999 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Odds and prices: Quoted odds and prices may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. In the event of odds changes, t999's system will notify you and require re-confirmation before the bet is placed.
• Voided bets: t999 may void a bet if it was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially changed; if it was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error; or if it was placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these terms. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
• Dispute resolution: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be submitted to t999 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered.
• Casino game results: The results of all casino games — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and fishing arcade games — are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the live dealer's actions. t999 does not control or influence game outcomes. Decisions made by the certified RNG or live dealer are final.

t999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing its players with the tools and information needed to maintain healthy gambling habits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t999 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one t999 account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person policy
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform to gain an unintended advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using t999's deposit and withdrawal facilities
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or acting as a payment intermediary for other players
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising technology to obscure your true location or identity
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider betting based on non-public information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t999 staff or other platform users via any communication channel

All content on the t999 platform — including but not limited to the t999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and betting market data — is the intellectual property of t999 or its licensed partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the t999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the t999 platform without express prior written authorisation from t999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or related to:

• Any delay in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements resulting from circumstances outside t999's reasonable control, including MFS provider outages, banking system disruptions, or force majeure events
• Losses incurred through wagering activity on the t999 platform, which are a normal and expected outcome of gambling
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the platform

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude t999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

t999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the t999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on t999 you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include: collecting the minimum data necessary for account operation and verification; encrypting all data in transit using 256-bit SSL; never selling personal data to third-party advertisers; retaining identity documents only for as long as is required by applicable regulations or these terms; and providing players with the ability to request data access, correction, or deletion via the support channel.

t999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t999 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Where practicable, t999 will provide notice of significant changes via an in-account notification or by email to your registered contact address.

Your continued use of the t999 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request to t999 support before the amended terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law as they apply to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladeshi market context.

In the event of a dispute between you and t999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through t999's internal customer support process. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event as stated in Section 9. t999 will provide a formal written response to any unresolved dispute within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted to [email protected].

t999 aims to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. Players are entitled to escalate unresolved disputes to independent dispute resolution bodies where available in their jurisdiction.
